If you choose a recurring subscription for Statutory Representation, Entity Pro, Entity One, Company Guard, Ask an Expert, Independent Director or Member services, Specialty Representation, Corporate Compliance Services, or International Entity Formation and Management Services you acknowledge that payments will be processed automatically (e.g., debited from your account or charged to your credit card) until you notify National Registered Agents, Inc. in writing to terminate the account and the applicable services. National Registered Agents, Inc. may revise the pricing for services offered by National Registered Agents, including without limitation, Statutory Representation, Entity Pro, Entity One, Company Guard, Ask an Expert, Independent Director or Member services, Specialty Representation, Corporate Compliance Services, or International Entity Formation and Management Services, at any time. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NATIONAL REGISTERED AGENTS, INC.’S STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND REFUND POLICY GOVERN THE ISSUANCE OF REFUNDS FOR ANY PROVIDED SERVICES AS LISTED ABOVE.
